As a part of our commitment to excellence we have improved our customer service structure at Nexans UK in Milton Keynes. After a series of reviews and consultations with our key customers and staff, we have restructured our internal sales department into two distinct areas: Front Office & Back Office.
Nexans Front Office consists of two departments: Wholesale and Industry & Infrastructure and is our customers’ first point of contact for any new enquiries. Front office is responsible for providing product information, issuing quotations and any subsequent follow up requirements. Front Office staff works closely with our business development managers.
Nexans Back Office deals with all the post purchase, delivery and invoice enquiries. Clare, Irene, Kim and Nicky provide the highest levels of customer service and support.
In order to create the new department we have taken on three new staff to ensure we have the necessary coverage. If you have any queries regarding Nexans organisational change please do not hesitate to contact our Back Office Team.
