Over the past 2 years the cost of wood has increased significantly and this in turn has caused an increase in the cost to ourselves for reel pallets. We had attempted to absorb these costs but unfortunately we could no longer continue to do so.
To ensure our pallets are returned we introduced from the 1st may a new scheme.
When a delivery is made the reels are off loaded from the pallets and the pallets returned to us by the haulier. If this is not possible, we asked for identical pallets to be returned or if pallets are not returned we issued a charge per pallet.
This new scheme has shown to be working very well and we would like to thank our customers in advance for your understanding and continued support.
