About Voltimum
Voltimum is the leading internet portal for the electrical industry. It went live in 6 European countries (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Sweden) in February 2003.
The portal is backed by 7 leading European manufacturers of electrical installation products: ABB, Legrand, Nexans, Osram, Philips, Prysmian and Schneider Electric.
Other manufacturers join the Voltimum online catalogue regularly as they see this unique initiative as an opportunity to increase the awareness of their products, being used on a daily basis by electrical contractors.
Nexans and Voltimum
Nexans is proud to be one of the founder members of Voltimum and contributes to it's success by mirroring sections of Nexans e-Service catalogue in the Voltimum portal. This provides electrical contractors and wholesalers using Voltimum with on-line access to data sheets and product information on a wide range of Nexans products. Nexans also contributes to the electronic newsletters, VoltiNEWS & VoltiBULLETIN, which are sent out monthly basis, and also supports the Voltimum 'Ask the Experts' area.
