 Unlike standard copper outlets, the new housing has dedicated provision for splice protection and excess fibre storage which is essential for reliable termination and presentation of fibre systems.
As it is based on Nexans snap-in concept, this new product offers high flexibility and ease of installation and can also accommodate copper connectors, enabling integrated copper and fibre solutions to be presented in a single outlet.
UL certified, this high-engineered outlet can host up to 4 fibres and can be used in a wide variety of situations: cover plates, surface mount boxes or direct installation on ducts.
