Check your training or company partnership status and access your certificate online
Training & company partner certificates (e.g. CSP certificates) are now available via online download.
To access your certificate you will prompted to login (or register if a new user) on the Nexans website. The certificate will only be avalilable if you login using the same email address that you provided at the training session or during the partner application.
As a reminder, installer training is valid for a period of 2 years, after which an update session is necessary. If your details are in our database you can also check the current status if your training has expired.
Company Partner Certification
For company partner certificates you must also be marked as a primary contact and linked to the company account in our database. If you receive an error message and believe you should be able to access your certificate please use the form to contact us.
Partner certifications are valid for 12 months and are renewable annually from 1st April.
If your details are missing from our database, or you believe the information is incorrect, please complete the form linked below and we will investigate and update the system as appropriate.
